The National Diabetes Prevention Program’s lifestyle change program holds the key to preventing or delaying type 2 diabetes in people at risk. It works—and it’s fun. This program includes trained lifestyle coaches to help you identify and achieve your fitness and exercise goals to best manage diabetes in a group setting.

People who currently have pre diabetes and take part in this CDC led National DPP can actually cut their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by as much as 58%.
