I came across this article and just thought WOW!

This article by the Boston Globe shares advancements on the horizon that could greatly improve healthy aging. The article points out that Boomers have lived through many technological advancements such as landing on the moon, an  ATM Machine and personal computers. With this progression, coupled with the fact that people are living longer than ever before, innovative advancements such as custom-built knees, bone-building drugs, wrinkle-fighting skin polymers, gene therapies to restore lost vision, and drugs to slow the progression of dementia seem like the logical next steps.

I particularly love Dr. Joseph Czarnecki's quote: "Our parents and grandparents aged politely and quietly. They expected that their knees would creak and they would spend more time at home and hope the grandchildren visited. The baby boomers have never been quiet.” This is so true!
