Walk with Walgreens - You Can Do It!

The other day I had to drop my car off at the local gas station early in the morning to have something checked out.  The gas station is right in town, so I figured I would stop there to drop off the car, take a walk through town since I was early, get a coffee, and continue on to my office.  Well, when I arrived to my…  locked office door… I remembered that my office key was on my car key keychain!  Coffee in hand and laptop in my shoulder bag, I REALLY didn’t want to walk all the way back!  But… I didn’t have a choice!  Back to the station I went to retrieve my keys and back to the office I walked.  By the time I got back I realized something… I realized that I had just gotten a great little walk into my morning!  And you know what else?  I didn’t miss a meeting, didn’t miss out on time with my family, still got all my work done that day… it just proved to me that you CAN fit a walk in even if you don’t THINK that you can.  When I was forced to do it, I did it and felt great, had a productive morning, and it really didn’t take up that much time!  If you just get yourself out there, before you know it you will be cruising daily and feeling great!
