If you’re like me, you have a never-ending to-do list, and you often find yourself falling to the bottom of that list. Here are a few examples of health tips to consider for women of every decade: 

20s- The HPV vaccine if you have not already received the series of shots (26 and younger).

30s- Talking to your doctor about stress, depression, and other mental health concerns. 

40s- Having a mammogram screening.

50s- Asking your doctor about daily aspirin use (55 and older).

60s- Having a colorectal screening. 

70s- Maintaining an appropriate physical activity program. 

80s- Discussing how to prevent falls with your doctor.

90s- Get your blood pressure checked.
